GO Organics is a social/impact enterprise based in Thailand and Japan. We enable small holder farmers and producers going towards regenerative agricultural practice by sharing with them knowledges of innovative technologies and creating an effective market place for them in selling their organic produce.
The organisation was founded by Rotary Peace Fellow, and International Federation of Organic Agriculture Movements (IFOAM) Organic Leadership Fellow – Spencer Leung in 2014.
“Empowering Regenerative Agriculture + Peace”
Having an available market and good partnership are fundamental for sustainable peace
We believe that sustainable economic development is the key for regenerative agriculture and peace. No single organisation will be able to make the necessary social change alone. The objective of GO Organics is to create a network by providing an effective market place
for farmers and producers to sell their products. The objective is to make their operation sustainable so to make long term change to the community they serve.
Working along the food value chain, we work with growers, processors, designers, distributors and innovators, creating a value chain ecosystem focusing on four principles of organic agriculture – health, ecology, fairness and care.
As a dedicated impact/social enterprise, GO Organics commits to reinvesting at least 60% profits from activities into expanding our supplier networks, working with more smallholder farmers, recruit and train more younger generations entering into the social space of organic agriculture and improve on our existing infrastructure. The ultimate aim is to regenerating agriculture and create a more socially inclusive and sustainable food production system.
